EACH ROOM HAS: two Queen size beds, TV, Wi Fi Internet, local phone, closet, dresser, bed linins, towels, soap etc.
It also has a small refrigerator, a microwave, bathtub, shower. Utilities are free. One or two wrestlers or a family can live in each room.
SPACE IS LIMITED SO DON'T BRING A LOT OF BELONGINGS
ROOM COSTS: $600 per month for your own room, or $400 each for 2 room mates. There are no refunds.
HUGE DISCOUNT: Fairview's normal rates are between $50 per day to $100 per day. At $400 per month you are paying
only $14 per day. To get this huge discount WWA4 books rooms for months in advance. That's why there can be no refunds.
$75 SECURITY DEPOSIT which you pay with your first rent payment and which you get back when you leave if you: Give 2 weeks notice of leaving to Frank; Leave room neat and clean, with no damage or losses; Return Key to Frank (not to room mate or hotel)
WIRELESS INTERNET is available for your laptop. Or desktop if you have an adaptor.
A LAUNDRY ROOM is available.
SWIMMING POOL is available in the warm months
RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY. There is a McDonalds next to the hotel.
Subway, Wendys, Waffle House, Captain Ds, and Chinese Buffet are a short walk. The McDonalds is open until 10PM and their take out window is open 24 hours.
THE MOTEL FRONT DESK is staffed 24/7

STRICT RULES AT MOTEL: WWA4 is a serious school and not a playground. When you join WWA4 you are expected to be an ADULT, not a child who expects Mommy to clean after him. Remember you are in a Motel with paying guests who do not want to be bothered.
If you do not obey the rules you may be removed from the room by WWA4 or Hotel Management or Police with no refund.
PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THESE RULES CAREFULLY. IF THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE TO YOU PLEASE LIVE ELSEWHERE.
> You must register with a real ID with WWA4 and the front desk
> Residents with a criminal record are not allowed.
> You are responsible for guests or visitors.
> All room guests must be registered
> No hookers in room
> 2 Adults are allowed to stay in a single bed room if both pay
> 2 Adults and two small children may stay in 2 bed room
> No gatherings allowed in hotel
> No firearms
> No drugs or other illegal activities allowed
> No open doors. Keep room door closed at all times.
> No loud music or TV
> Proper dress is required at all times outside the room
> No smoking in room or on patio
> Any items damaged or missing will be charged to BOTH in room.
> Rooms may be inspected without notification.
> No wrestling or horse play in rooms or anywhere in hotel.
> No guests after ten PM.
> No guests can spend the night
> Do not let anyone live in room without paying Frank in advance
> No excessive traffic to room
> No problems with Hotel Management.
> No problems with police
> WWA4 does not bail anyone out of jail
> No swearing or offensive behavior
> No loitering in hall or lobby or parking area,
> No Furniture or Clothing on balcony
> No grilling
> No radios outside room
> No loud car radios
> No using the bed that is not yours
> No washing or repairing cars on property
> No trash outside room
> No unsanitary living conditions
> No opened food left in room
> No conflicts with guests or staff or each other
> If there is a conflict report it to management,
> You must be fully and properly dressed any time you leave room.
> You must permit maids into room to clean,
> If you damage the room you will pay immediately or be jailed.
GET ENOUGH SLEEP: So you are fresh for training, work and gym.
NO PETS
MAIDS will change towels every day and clean the room 1 time per week. Even if you plan to sleep late, be awake to let the maids in to clean up. If you have a pet it must be caged while the maid is in the room.
ADAMSVILLE GYM is 2.4 miles on bus line from the Hotel and costs $99 per year. It has Weight training, Olympic size pool and dozens of other activities.
WAYFIELD FOODS (LARGE SUPER MARKET) is 3 miles on bus line.
THE # 73 MARTA BUS goes to WWA4, the Adamsville gym, stores, and the Marta Train which goes to downtown Atlanta.
STUDENTS WALK TO SCHOOL TOGETHER, plan their matches together, and get totally involved in wrestling. It's great for learning and fun.
WRESTLING CAMP STUDENTS may stay with our students by paying $200 in advance for 4 days (if space is available).
INITIAL PAYMENT TO RESERVE A BED send the payment to arrive at least 2 weeks in advance.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS must pay for their full stay in advance for
1 or 2 or 3 months. You do not have to pay for more than 3 months in advance. We accept Money Order, or Pay-Pal.
MONEY ORDERS should be mailed and received by us three weeks in advance of your arrival date to make sure we have time to confirm your acceptance and room. Mail them to:
